Appointment Policies
Due to the high demand for our services and the limited number of appointments available, we have implemented strict appointment policies. We require that all clients show up within 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time or call us with at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel. Failure to do so will result in the client being unable to receive services from The BIRD Clinic in the future. We have implemented these policies to ensure that we can continue to provide timely and appropriate care for all of our patients.

Important Notice
We would like to inform all of our clients that Dr. Nemetz had an accident in November 2023 that damaged both of his shoulders. He is currently undergoing physical therapy, and we are monitoring his progress closely. We will update this website as new information becomes available.
