She holds a B.S. degree from Linfield College and has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations. Teresa is actively involved in the community, serving as a member of the Salem Rotary and the Boy's & Girl's Club.
