We also boast a newly opened 16,000 square foot grocery store, a pizza shop offering a variety of subs, grinders, and hoagies, a home bakery, and a recently renovated library with high-speed computers available for public use.

In addition to these amenities, there are several antique shops and a gift shop open during the summer months. The local fishing industry is thriving, with fishermen setting out between 3am and 6am depending on their catch. Boat tours are also available for those looking to explore the beautiful waters of Down East.

During the spring, the snow melts, and we enter what locals refer to as "Mud Season." As the season progresses, the pussy willows start to bloom, and the spring peepers begin their chorus, signaling the arrival of warmer weather.
