At our counseling practice, we understand that life can sometimes be overwhelming, filled with sadness, fear, anxiety, harm, and loss. These challenges often stem from our relationships and the societal systems we live in. However, we believe that these same relationships can also be the source of our greatest healing and transformation.

Our approach to therapy is centered around the understanding that human beings are deeply interconnected, much like intertwined bodies of water. We recognize that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for growth and change. Our role is to come alongside you on your journey, serving as a witness and support as you explore your past, present, and future.

Our practice is informed by a variety of theories, including relational psychodynamics, critical social theories, feminist, queer, postcolonial, and critical race theories. We are LGBTQ affirming and dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our clients.

We offer a range of services to help you navigate life's challenges, including anxiety and depression, grief and loss, identity formation, codependency, self-esteem issues, sexual, physical, emotional, and spiritual abuse, relationship and domestic violence, traumatic experiences, eating disorder recovery, adult children of parents with mental illness, pregnancy and postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss.

Our fees are $130-$150 per session, depending on the length of the session. Payments are due at the beginning of each session via check or cash. We are in-network with Premera and First Choice Health and out-of-network with all other insurance companies. We encourage you to verify your mental health benefits beforehand and can provide you with a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Before your first session, please fill out the Client Intake Form, read and sign the Disclosure Statement, and the Notice of Privacy Practices & Statement of Client's Rights. Bring all three forms with you to your first session.
