Laulea Engineering, LLC is a locally owned and operated professional civil and environmental engineering boutique firm serving the State of Hawaii. Founded in 2013, we specialize in providing turn-key design, planning, permitting, and construction monitoring services that address the needs of the wastewater and environmental industry.
