Our Story
Founded by Executive Chef and Owner Joe Hiffa, a Harvard University honors graduate and Boston College Law School graduate, Grill 41 is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and exceptional cuisine. After leaving a successful career as a corporate attorney at a large international firm, Joe pursued a lifelong passion for cooking, earning an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. With a focus on from-scratch cooking and on-site grilling, Grill 41 is committed to raising the bar for catering companies.
What Makes Us Different
Unlike other catering companies, Grill 41 makes virtually everything on our menu from scratch, including our sauces, spice rubs, and marinades. We use only the freshest produce, meats, and seafood available, and we grill and cook right on-site for all of our events. Our full-service buffet includes everything necessary for your event, from plates and napkins to chafing stands and sternos. With a focus solely on catering, we can provide unparalleled service and attention to detail.
Our Menu
Our catering menu features a wide variety of house-made grilled and barbecue specialties, including classic comfort foods like grilled BBQ boneless chicken breast, pulled pork, sirloin steak tips, grilled shrimp, baby back ribs, and fresh, hand-formed Angus burgers. We also offer a range of sides, such as homestyle macaroni & cheese, BBQ Beef brisket, chicken & broccoli penne, and New England clam chowder. And for dessert, we offer treats like baked apple crisp and calzones.
