Welcome to Parts & Labor Brewing Company, where we craft great beer in the heart of Sterling, Colorado. Nestled inside a century-old Cadillac dealership repair shop, our brewery is a testament to the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship that has defined American manufacturing for generations. Our founders, Dylan and Kimberly Harford, are committed to preserving the memory of this historic building while creating beers that are both beloved by locals and recognized within the craft beer culture.

Our Beers

At Parts & Labor Brewing Company, we offer a wide variety of beers to suit every palate. From light and crisp kolsch to bold and hoppy IPAs, we have something for everyone. Here are just a few of the beers we've had in the past:

• Camshaft Kolsch: Light in color with malty character, this beer has a slightly dry, crisp finish. It's a great place to start.
• Split Decision Coffee Kolsch: A unique twist on our classic kolsch, this beer is fermented with arabica coffee for a mellow coffee or high-octane beer flavor. It's perfect for those times when you can't decide between coffee and beer.
• Haas Local Wheat: Featuring locally sourced wheat from the Haas family, this light-bodied beer has aromatic yeast that yields a light, often fruity character and inherent cloudiness.
• Red Rooster Imperial Red Ale: This well-balanced beer has a solid, approachable red color and a high-octane hop and malt character.
• Redneck Mother Citrus IPA: Not overly hoppy, this IPA features Centennial and Citra hops that give it a fruity character. It's a really good IPA in this super popular citrus style.
• Loose Lips Sink Ships Vanilla Coconut Porter: This robust beer has a malty flavor that harmonizes with hops and notes of cocoa and caramel. The flavors of vanilla, tobacco, and coconut are highlighted in this unique and delicious beer.
• Cherry Poppins Montmorency Cherry Sour Ale: Our popular kettle sour is fermented and conditioned on fresh Montmorency cherries from Michigan. It's perfectly tart, has a crisp mouthfeel, and plenty of pie cherry flavor- truly delightful!
