Our People

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing the highest level of design and customer service possible. As a Founding Partner and Managing Principal, Peter Hepner, AIA, leads our design efforts and is a recipient of the American Institute of Architects, AIA Tampa Bay Medal of Honor. Jerry Miller, AIA, joined the firm in 1995 and provides senior project management and design leadership while managing our quality control initiatives. John Kidwell, AIA, LEED AP, lends his expertise in architectural acoustics, design excellence, and code analysis to the firm. Jennifer Painter, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, oversees marketing efforts and sustainability initiatives. Debra Hepner serves as Senior Project Designer and leads the design process, while Thuy Furbish, AIA, LEED AP, and Jennifer Kozlovsky, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, work as Project Architects and contribute to the design and production of our projects.
