Poor Customer Service and Installation Experience
The Flooring Gallery has received criticism for its poor customer service and installation experience. Customers have reported being stuck with unfinished floors and stairs for months, with no callbacks from the company and constant excuses. The installers have also been accused of leaving behind holes and stains on walls, dirt, debris, and stains in bathrooms.
