Poor Living Conditions
Many residents of this apartment complex have complained about the subpar living conditions. Fireworks and parties have been allowed to disturb the peace, causing problems for residents with PTSD and pets. Additionally, there have been issues with mold, water damage, and poor air quality.
Lack of Management and Maintenance
Residents have reported that the management company is unresponsive to maintenance requests and does not prioritize the health and safety of its tenants. Leaks have gone unfixed for months, and repairs are often half-hearted. Some maintenance staff, such as Bryan, have tried to do their best with limited resources, but overall, the management company seems to be lackadaisical.
Unhealthy Environments
Multiple residents have reported finding mold and mildew in their apartments, which can exacerbate health issues such as allergies and respiratory problems.
