Since 2001, the Martin family has poured their hearts into crafting a unique vacation experience for our guests, and we take pride in the memories created within our cozy walls. Each year, we continue to expand our offerings, ensuring there's something special for every traveler seeking a slice of Texas tranquility.

Our Properties

We offer a diverse range of properties to suit every group size and preference. From charming one-bedroom retreats to spacious six-bedroom havens, you'll find the perfect space to unwind and create lasting memories. Many of our homes feature private hot tubs and sparkling swimming pools, providing an extra layer of luxury and relaxation. During the off-season (between Labor Day weekend and the beginning of May), you can even request to have your pool heated for an additional cost. Please remember that pool heating fees are directly tied to the fluctuating Texas weather; colder weather requires more heating, resulting in a higher cost. We kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to schedule pool heating.

If you don't have your own watercraft, don't worry! Our convenient on-site rentals ensure that you can experience the joy of gliding across the lake. Beyond the water, the surrounding area is a paradise for scenic drives. Winding roads lined with vibrant hills, lush trees, and fascinating wildlife offer countless opportunities to capture breathtaking photographs and soak in the natural splendor.

To further enhance your experience, we offer access to Cedar Skies, a picture-perfect wedding venue nestled within our resort. With both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception sites, Cedar Skies creates a truly magical backdrop for your special day. Imagine exchanging vows as Lake LBJ glimmers serenely in the background, surrounded by the warmth of family and friends. Our knowledgeable on-site coordinators will guide you through every detail, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable celebration.
