Response to Emergencies and Maintenance
The maintenance team at Cobblestone Apartments responded promptly to an emergency fire situation, helping residents retrieve their belongings and even providing a temporary apartment for those who were traumatized by the incident. They also showed understanding and patience in allowing residents to take their time moving and even offered to help with moving arrangements.
Issues with Management and Communication
However, several residents have reported poor communication and lack of response from the management team, including ignoring phone calls and emails. Some have experienced issues with overcharging on rent, and one resident had to write a review just to get a response from the management team.
Maintenance and Repairs
While maintenance has been prompt in responding to issues, one resident reported that they left open windows after fixing the air conditioning, resulting in wasted energy.
