PMS Construction Management Corp. ("PMS") has been providing Construction Management services to New York City Agencies for over twenty five years. We have successfully performed contracts for the Department of Homeless Services, the Department of Design and Construction, the New York City Fire Department, the New York City Police Department, the Board of Education, the Parks Department, the New York City Housing Authority, and various other City agencies. Our firm is thoroughly familiar with the City's requirements and procedures.

Our Expertise

PMS builds approximately Thirty-Five Million Dollars ($35,000,000) worth of new construction and major renovations/alterations work a year. Based upon the requirements of each owner, PMS performs as Construction Manager, General Contractor or Construction Consultant. PMS' experience is not limited to any specific type of building or project, but embraces the entire range of construction. We uphold a tradition of quality and excellence. Issues of construction cost, quality and schedules are carefully examined from every aspect, so the resulting project meets the owners needs. Services Offered

PMS has performed not only numerous Construction Management Projects, but also has provided CM/Build and CM/Design/Build Services where PMS bids out and holds all the trade contracts. Also, PMS regularly bids out contracts directly for Controlled Inspections and other Additional Services as well as General Conditions work when required.
