Greene Room Pilates and Barre Studio is a boutique fitness studio located in the heart of Ukiah, California. *Pilates*

Pilates is a mind-body workout that focuses on developing core strength and eliminating muscle imbalances. Our Pilates classes are tailored to your individual needs, and every exercise is performed with attention to breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns. This workout is perfect for anyone, regardless of their fitness level. From those currently not exercising or slowed down by nagging injuries to elite athletes, Pilates will help you move better and improve your posture, leading to a better sense of well-being.

At Greene Room Pilates and Barre Studio, we offer two different levels of group Pilates reformer classes throughout the week. Our Align & Renew class is perfect for beginners who would like to work on or continue to build a solid Pilates practice. The main focus of this class is to work on alignment, breath, and form, so you get the most out of your workout. Our Strengthen & Empower class is a more athletic reformer approach, where we combine classic reformer Pilates exercises with traditional exercises like squats, lunges, and planks. This class is designed for students with an understanding of Pilates principles and is intended to be upbeat, dynamic, and results-driven.

*Barre*

Barre is a low-impact, total body workout that is set to upbeat music to help keep you motivated! We utilize the ballet barre for balance and the yoga mat for floor work, performing small isometric movements aimed to lift the booty and tighten and tone the thighs, arms, and abs. Our Barre classes are designed to burn fat and shred calories, all while improving your posture and core control.
