Our Story
Raised in Kaneohe, Dr. Chang attended UC Berkeley for college and returned to the University of Hawaii for medical school. After his residency at Loma Linda University's School of Medicine, he went to Harvard for his fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology. He stayed on faculty at Harvard Medical School for seven years, teaching microsurgery techniques and authoring several publications. A dedicated learner, he studied public health at Johns Hopkins and healthcare finance at Wharton.
