Our personal training business is owned and operated by Richard and Amber Blake, a dynamic duo with a passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
Amber Blake grew up playing soccer and running cross country, and developed a love for weight lifting and powerlifting competitions. With a decade of experience training gymnasts in Los Angeles, Amber has a deep understanding of the human body and a talent for developing customized training programs. She specializes in athletic training, with a focus on speed, agility, and injury prevention, and loves helping clients pursue their specific goals and improve their overall performance.
Richard Blake has been in the fitness industry for 20 years, and holds master certifications from ISSA, NASM, ASFA, and ACE. With a sports medicine degree from Northwestern, Richard has the knowledge and ability to communicate, listen, inspire, and personalize each program to suit individual needs. He is committed to giving his best to each client, and believes that "it's your body, it's your future, it's your responsibility."
