Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers expressed frustration with their experiences at this dermatology office. One reviewer, Pat Byrd, was charged $50 for an appointment they didn't know they had, and claimed they never received any messages or texts from the office reminding them of the appointment. Another reviewer, Myra Edwards, had a similar experience, with the added issue of rude and unhelpful staff at the front desk.
Unsatisfactory Service
Reviewers also had issues with the service they received. Sydney Striff reported long wait times, and Jeff Banks was unhappy with the treatment and costs he received. Dina Elnaggar was frustrated with the delay in getting an appointment to address a suspicious skin lesion, and would not consider it a priority.

Concierge Service
Naomi Levy made a suggestion for improving the service - to clarify when a prescription will be sent to a pharmacy, as she experienced a delay in receiving hers. This suggests that the office may benefit from more effective communication and planning.
