Our History
Capital Insurance Agency was established in 1977 by Josef Schmidt as an independent insurance agency. For years, the agency was run out of his home, where he treated his clients like family. As the agency grew, it was moved to an office on Capitol Dr in Brookfield, WI. In 1994, Jeff Sladky became the principal owner of the agency, and it has continued to grow and expand its services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
