Appointments and Financial Information

If you'd like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We strive to take care of our patients' dental needs in a timely manner, and emergency appointments are available when urgent care is required. We're happy to submit insurance forms and help you recover the most from your benefits. For patients who require major work, we offer a complete payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule.

Cancellation Policy

If you're unable to keep an appointment, please kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient doesn't show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
