At Robertson's BBQ & Catering, we're more than just a restaurant and catering service - we're a Tuscaloosa tradition. With almost 30 years of serving the West Alabama community, we've built a reputation for delivering exceptional food, outstanding service, and unforgettable events.

Our Story

Founded in 1995 by George and Renee Robertson, our story began with a passion for cooking and a desire to give back to the community. George, a former logger, and Renee, a dental professional, were instrumental in helping local organizations raise funds through their signature Boston Butts. As their fundraising efforts grew, so did their dream of sharing their talents with others. They took a leap of faith, and Robertson's BBQ & Catering was born.

Over the years, we've expanded our services to include full-line catering, operating a BBQ restaurant and country store, and even opened a stunning wedding and events facility. Our commitment to quality, community, and customer satisfaction has earned us numerous awards, including five-time winner of Best BBQ & Best Caterer in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
