Rustic Leaf Brewing Company is a Michigan-based craft brewery that was born out of a passion for beer. Our founder, with his creative and simple approach to brewing, has been perfecting his recipes over the years, much to the delight of his friends and family. With their unwavering support and encouragement, he decided to take the leap and open a brewery, and thus, Rustic Leaf Brewing Company was born. Our brewery is a dream come true for us, and we are excited to share our love for beer with you.

Meet the Brains Behind Rustic Leaf

Our brewery is the brainchild of our founder, Doug Neubeck. Doug has always had a love for beer and a creative approach to brewing it. His dedication to the craft and his relentless pursuit of perfection have resulted in some of the most delicious and unique brews you'll ever taste. Doug's vision for Rustic Leaf Brewing Company is to create a space where people can come together, share a pint, and enjoy the fruits of his labor.

The Story Behind the Name

The name Rustic Leaf Brewing Company has an interesting backstory. One day, while attending a local music festival, Doug was searching for a four-leaf clover in a large patch of clovers. While he didn't find what he was looking for, he did come across a five-leaf clover. As luck would have it, the fifth leaf looked exactly like the Rustic Leaf logo, and from that day forward, it was set in stone. The framed clover now serves as a reminder of the luck and hard work that went into making Rustic Leaf Brewing Company a reality.

Our Food

We are excited to announce that our food trailer, The Rustic Kitchen, is now open! Our food service hours are every Thursday through Saturday, from 5-9PM. Be sure to check out our menu under the "Our Menu" tab. We take a creative and simple approach to our food, just like our beer, and we are confident that you'll find something you'll love.
