• Mike Schonenberg, President & CEO: As the Managing Partner at WP Investments, Mike oversees all operations and has grown the company into a fully diversified real estate development, investment, and property management firm. Mike holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.

• Connie Walker, Vice President: Connie joined WP Investments in 2005 and leads the property management activities for the company's 2 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail assets in the Bay Area. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Connie excels in developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenants, brokers, contractors, and vendors.

• Shane Arters, Vice President: As a Partner at WP Investments, Shane leads the acquisition and development activities, which include deal sourcing, underwriting, and project management. Shane co-manages the daily property management functions of the company and works closely with Mr. Schonenberg to update and administer the company's strategic business plan.
