Who We Are: Our Story

Bradley Funeral Home is a small, family-owned and operated funeral home with a rich history and a deep commitment to serving families in their time of need. The funeral home was originally built in 1939 by the Petroshius family, who had been in the funeral business since 1911. In 1995, the Bradley family purchased the funeral home and have been dedicated to carrying on the legacy of compassionate care ever since.

David Bradley, the Owner and Operator of the funeral home, graduated from Worsham Mortuary College in 1987 and worked in Elk Grove Village, IL for several years before becoming the primary funeral director and embalmer for the firm. Terri Bradley, co-owner and acting administrator, handles many of the "behind the scenes" office duties as well as working directly with families, before, during, and after the funeral.

Our staff is composed of experienced and compassionate professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest level of care to every family we serve. We understand that the loss of a loved one is a difficult and emotional time, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Our Location

We are conveniently located in North Chicago, IL at 313 10th Street. Our funeral home is handicapped accessible.
