R.J. Perez Construction, Inc. was established in 1991 as a residential contractor. We have been building fine custom homes since 1991; our business has grown ever since because we understand and listen to our customers. We build new custom homes, additions, and remodels. We specialize in Kitchens & Bathrooms. Our team consists of Rich Perez, General Contractor-License #659060, Grace Perez, Office Manager/Accountant, Kent Madison, Superintendent/Foreman, Rick Maxfield, Foreman, Larry Luna, Master Finish Carpenter, and an additional staff of carpenters and tradespersons.
