With over 40 years of litigation experience, Stuart Finer is a top Utica litigator. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor's degree in 1969 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Brooklyn Law School in 1972.
Matthew Fanelli

Unsatisfactory Experience with Finer & Fanelli
The law firm Finer & Fanelli has received several negative reviews from clients. One client, Billie Schadt, hired them to represent her in a personal injury case but was disappointed with the service they provided. The lawyer assigned to her case was rude, incompetent, and failed to communicate with her in a timely manner. The firm's billing practices were also considered outrageous, with inflated bills for every phone call, email, and minute of work. The client felt that the firm lacked ethical standards and did not provide the level of representation expected from a law firm.
Another client, Jordan Luce, was also unhappy with their experience. They hired Stuart Finer to represent them in an FSBO housing purchase, but the process took longer than expected and was marred by a lack of communication and professionalism. Even after the issue was brought to Stuart's attention, he did not take responsibility or make amends.
