Mailman's Carpet Cleaning

Mailman's Carpet Cleaning is a family-owned business that has been serving the New England area for over 40 years. Founded by Tom Mailman in 1970, we were the first steam carpet cleaning company in the region. We started with a portable steam machine, but as demand grew, we invested in a truck-mounted HydraMaster machine, which produced much better results than traditional methods that used brushes and harsh chemicals.

Tom and his wife Helen initially ran the business themselves, but as demand grew, they added a second truck, a portable upholstery-cleaning machine, and expanded their service area to include Worcester, MA, and Keene, NH. Today, Tom's son Matthew runs the business and continues to provide the same high-quality service that the company was founded on. Matt and his team are all IICRC-certified professional cleaners, and Matt is also Master Certified for carpet cleaning and commercial carpet maintenance.

At Mailman's Carpet Cleaning, we pride ourselves on our relaxed, casual, and personable approach. We believe in building relationships with our customers, and we always have someone on-site who has a vested interest in the business. We are constantly on the lookout for new technologies and equipment to better serve our customers, from cleaning machines to odor removers.

At Mailman's Carpet Cleaning, we offer a wide range of services for both residential and commercial customers. Our residential services include deep carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, pet stain and odor removal, leather cleaning, mattress cleaning, water damage restoration, mold and mildew removal, and spills and problem spots.

We understand that every customer has unique needs, and we are happy to customize our services to suit your specific requirements. Our team is skilled in using state-of-the-art professional equipment, and we always use methods that are safe for pets, children, and allergy sufferers.

In addition to our residential services, we also offer commercial cleaning services to stores, businesses, schools, and municipalities. We provide the same services that we offer to residential customers, plus office partition cleaning with our Hydra-Dry tool. We offer flexible scheduling options, including monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual scheduled services, or any other customized schedule that your business may need. We can also provide weekend, early morning, or other off-hour appointments.

At Mailman's Carpet Cleaning, we also offer out-of-home cleaning for portable items like area and oriental rugs. Our in-plant cleaning process includes dusting and vacuuming to remove all particulates, appropriate washing and rinsing for your type of rug, and careful air-drying.

We are Leather Master Certified, licensed Scotchgard applicators, and members of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA). We have also received the Angie's List Super Service Award for six years in a row.
