Our healthcare center offers a wide range of services, including acute care and emergency services, adult day care, DOT collection site, immunizations, laboratory, long-term care, outpatient clinic, radiology, rehabilitation, telemedicine, visiting nurse services, and well-child checks. Our History

Established in 1944, Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center has a rich history of providing excellent healthcare services to our community. We have expanded and renovated our facilities over the years, with the support of our community through mill levy requests and donations to the DMHC Foundation. Today, we are a 25-bed critical access hospital with a rural health care clinic and 24-hour emergency room care, serving a total county population of 1,643.

Our Expertise

Our medical providers are highly trained and experienced in their respective fields, ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. Our rehabilitation department boasts a therapy pool, as well as speech, occupation, and physical therapy services. We also offer CT scan services in a state-of-the-art 16 slice Siemens machine, telemedicine, telehealth, and real-time radiology services via the latest in fiber optic technologies.
