At Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home, we are proud to serve the Shenango Valley community with compassionate and professional funeral services. Our history dates back to 1880, making us the area's oldest funeral service provider. We take pride in our rich heritage and commitment to serving families in their time of need.

Our History

Founded in 1880 by Scott Robison, the funeral home has undergone several changes in ownership throughout its history. L.A. Love acquired the business in 1901, and later, his son Raymond Love joined him in 1922. In 1953, A.B. "Bud" Donaldson purchased the funeral home, followed by a partnership with John K. Mohney. In 1990, Stephen J. Sherman, a native of the Shenango Valley, purchased the funeral home, having previously worked for Donaldson and Mohney. Today, Steve and his son Stephen proudly own and operate the Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home together.

Our Facilities

We have two beautifully designed facilities, located in Sharpsville and Hermitage, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped to serve families with the utmost respect and dignity. Our warm and welcoming environment provides a comforting space for families to gather, reminisce, and celebrate the life of their loved one.
