Construction/Buildings

Our construction and building services include site assessments, best alternative evaluations, feasibility studies, damage cause and repair reports, code compliance, certified building plans, and permitting. We offer turnkey construction services, ensuring that our clients receive cost savings and high-quality construction. We have extensive experience in industrial facility expansions, in-plant improvements, equipment installations, demolition, new construction, additions, and alterations. We have completed projects for historical structures, storefront plazas, office complexes, churches, and more. Our team is skilled in utilities, stormwater site development, and ensuring that all projects meet code compliance and safety standards.

Machinery

Our machinery services include equipment design, load ratings, structural evaluations, building design, failure analysis, damage repair, and more. We have completed projects in various industries, including automotive, cement, aggregate, agricultural, chemical process, food, foundry, and manufacturing.

Our fabrication services start with engineering, and our goal is to limit a project's complexity and expense by integrating our engineering experience with the shop. We can simplify customer specification requirements by focusing on the end performance or product goal and building to suit. We offer prototyping, manufacturing equipment, plant process equipment repair, alteration, and renovation, structural steel, architectural metals, and flow coater product design and engineering.

News

We are excited to share some of our recent projects, including the design and fabrication of an 18,000-pound lift dump unit, the design of a new pumphouse building for an industrial facility in Fairborn, Ohio, and the design of a new 15,000 square foot addition for a factory in Urbana, Ohio. This includes site development/topography, sanitary sewer and curb cut, stormwater analysis and retention, foundations and concrete, HVAC, electrical service with distribution, and fabricating ornamental rails and fencing.
