Our company was founded on the principles of pride, quality, and customer satisfaction. We have been in the business for over 30 years, and during this time, we have successfully completed more than 400 home remodeling projects in the Minneapolis area and the western suburbs.

Our team is led by Greg Kunze and Trevor Tykwinski, who are both experienced professionals in the field of home remodeling. Greg has a degree in network administration and business management, and he previously worked as a network administrator before joining Sandcon. He has managed numerous remodeling projects and has a passion for green-building, working with clients to promote sustainable and eco-friendly building practices. Trevor is a licensed builder/remodeler and has been involved in professional organizations such as the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM), and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
