Our Rich History

Dock's On The River Motel & Cabins has a rich history that dates back to 1935, when it was first built by Lorene Whaley Huskey. Originally known as "Doc's Cabins, " our motel and cabins were relocated to their current location in the 1950s, where they were known as the "Old Sam Law Place." Today, we're proud to continue the legacy of hospitality and warmth that was started by Mrs. Huskey all those years ago.
