At St. Ansgar Chiropractic, our team is dedicated to providing quality care in a comfortable and caring environment. Our Team

Leading the team at St. Ansgar Chiropractic is Dr. Lucas L. Nelson, D.C. Dr. Nelson completed his undergraduate degree in 2009 at the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. He then went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2012. While at Palmer College, Dr. Nelson was granted the opportunity to be a member of the Vogt Leadership Society, and he was Valedictorian of his graduating class. Dr. Lucas Nelson grew up in St. Ansgar, where he met his wife, Deneen. They have been married since December of 2010, and together they have three children: Gram, Genevieve, and Garrett. Dr. Nelson enjoys spending time with family and friends, sports, biking, fishing, and any outdoor activities.

Our team also includes Julia Crail, our Front Desk Manager, who has worked in the chiropractic field since 2008. When she isn't at the office, she spends her time with her family and creating quilts for her growing number of grandchildren. Julia has been married to her husband, Chuck, for 43 years. They have five children and twelve grandchildren (with two more on the way). Barb Berge is our Front Desk Assistant, who has worked at our office since 2018.
