Taylors Free Medical Clinic is a faith-based organization that is wholly committed to serving the mind, body, and spirit of the medically uninsured and indigent population of Greenville County. Our services are designed to ensure preventive health services, primary care, and speciality care to the community, and we coordinate our outreach services with local hospitals, physicians, and social services.
We are proud to be a fully volunteer-staffed clinic, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative personnel. Our dedicated team of volunteers allows us to provide high-quality medical care while maintaining a compassionate and personal approach to patient care. While we strive to share the message of Jesus with our patients, we never make our services contingent upon their belief or adherence to our Christian Statement of Faith.
History of the Clinic
The Taylors Free Medical Clinic was founded in 2005 by Russell Ashmore and Dr. James Hayes after a mission trip to South America. They were inspired to help the people in their own community and formed a steering committee upon their return. After much preparation, the clinic opened its doors to the public on July 28, 2005. Since then, we have been blessed to serve over 5,100 patients and average 130 appointments per week. Our clinic has grown to include specialty care and patient education services, and we continue to expand our offerings to meet the needs of our community.

Impact and Financials
