PWP Structural Engineers, LLC is a structural engineering consultant that partners with clients to bring their construction visions to life. We understand the importance of building strong relationships with our clients and being a team player in the design and construction phases of each project. With a team of experienced professionals, PWP Structural Engineers provides innovative and efficient structural designs for a wide variety of projects.

Services

At PWP Structural Engineers, we specialize in designing structures and components for new construction, adaptive/reuse, additions, parking, and specialty projects. We have expertise in a diverse assortment of materials including steel, cast in place concrete, precast concrete, masonry, wood, heavy timber, light gauge metal, and aluminum composite panels. Our services include structural design, project coordination, design supervision, investigation, construction administration, and BIM modeling. We take pride in providing quality structural solutions that meet the schedule and budget needs of our clients.

Our Leadership

Our leadership team at PWP Structural Engineers is composed of experienced professionals with a broad understanding of structural systems and creative design solutions.

• Bill Rogers, P.E., Principal, Owner/Member, holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He has served as Project Manager for a variety of projects, including medical facilities, convention centers, educational facilities, libraries, churches, office buildings, residential, dormitories, hotels, institutional buildings, industrial projects, and parking garages. His responsibilities include structural design, project coordination, design supervision, investigation, and construction administration.
• Michael Livingston, P.E., Principal, Owner/Member, holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He has served as Project Manager for a variety of projects, including medical facilities, churches, commercial office buildings, multi-family residential, single family residential, institutional buildings, and parking decks. His responsibilities include structural design, project coordination, design supervision, and construction administration.
• James Lawrence, P.E., Project Manager, holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He has worked on a variety of project types utilizing various construction materials. His responsibilities include structural design, project coordination, BIM modeling, site observations, and construction administration.
• Nathan Foust, P.E., Project Manager, holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas. He has worked on a variety of project types utilizing various construction materials. His responsibilities include structural design, project coordination, BIM modeling, site observations, and construction administration.
• Patrick Spining, P.E., Project Manager, holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He has worked on a variety of project types utilizing various construction materials. His responsibilities include structural design, project coordination, BIM modeling, site observations, and construction administration.

History

PWP Structural Engineers was founded in July of 1998 by Phillip White, P.E., S.E. Bill Rogers and Michael Livingston joined Phillip in 2013, becoming PWP Structural Engineers. Although Phillip retired in 2018 from his full-time association with the firm, he continues to serve as a consultant for PWP Structural Engineers. Celebrating 20 years in business in 2018, we give thanks to our founder and look forward to another 20 years of providing excellent service.
