• Tim Bischof: With over 20 years of experience in the construction business and 15 years as a business owner, Tim is the driving force behind Bischof Construction. He holds a BS degree from UW-Stevens Point and has completed three international trips as a volunteer carpenter for non-profits. Tim's commitment to quality and his dedication to his clients are unmatched.
• Matt Hunter: With 15 years of experience in the field and 10 years as a Bischof Construction partner, Matt is a skilled craftsman known for his precision workmanship. He has completed one international trip as a volunteer carpenter for a non-profit and is an integral part of our team.
• Les Pennington: With over 45 years of business experience, including 10 years at a Fortune 500 company and 15 years in the construction industry, Les brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He holds a BS degree from UW-Madison and is passionate about hiking, kayaking, and woodworking.
• Scott Reidl: With over 20 years of experience in timber framing and responsibility for timber frame joinery design, Scott is a master timber framer and carpenter. He has cut several hundred timber frame structures and has a strong mid-west work ethic.
• Andrew Bayer: With a BS degree from the American College of Building Arts and experience interning with several mid-west and eastern timber frame companies, Andrew is passionate about timber framing and woodworking of all kinds. He has successfully completed hiking the Appalachian Trail and is an accomplished timber framer and carpenter.
• Aaron Considine: With over 15 years of experience in home building and management of a construction crew in the Madison market, Aaron is a skilled cabinet maker with a complete shop. He has spent several years in Wisconsin's largest timber frame shop and enjoys family and outdoor activities.
