Our journey began in the early 2010s, spurred by the burgeoning popularity of New England Style India Pale Ales (NEIPAs). From that first pioneering brew, Trailblazer, we have evolved into a brewery that celebrates the diverse flavors and stories that define our community.

Our Craft

From meticulously crafted stouts to hazy IPAs and fruit-forward sours, we experiment with yeast, hops, and innovative techniques to bring you unique and unforgettable beers. Each batch is a celebration of the people, places, and stories that have shaped Connecticut. You'll find names like "Trailblazer" and "The New Frontier" echoing the proud heritage of the region, while "The Home Front" and "Pathfinder" capture the determination and spirit of those who call Connecticut home.

Beyond the Beer

Our love for innovation extends beyond the glass. In 2019, we launched Birdhouse Coffee, a cozy cafe and roastery that showcases ethically sourced coffee from around the world. In 2021, we brought our culinary skills to the forefront with the opening of our in-house kitchen, serving up delicious shareables and handcrafted entrees.
