The Aquatics Regional Wellness Center is a joint effort between the Estherville Lincoln Central School District and the Iowa Army National Guard, along with many other partners. This 50,000 sq foot facility features a 6-lane Olympic size lap pool, splash pool, wet deck, 2 full gymnasiums, three locker rooms, second floor walk/run track, cardio area, aerobics room, along with classrooms, pool viewing area, coffee lounge, and concession area. State of the Art RWC offers state of the art cardio equipment including treadmills, zero runners, water rowers, ellipticals, bikes, and steppers.
Services Offered
The facility provides various services including youth and adult programming and classes for members and guests of all ages. The center offers intense workout classes like Weights/Core/More, which includes 50 minutes of workout with barbells, dumbbells, balls, bands, and mats to strengthen the whole body. Additionally, they have Drop-In Classes like AM Drop-Ins, which is a dynamic class changing each Friday and can vary on land or water fitness. The center also offers Senior Fitness classes, which are free and open to members and non-members.
Membership and Pricing
Membership options vary from 2x per week classes at $40 to group cycling at $45. They also offer an Aerobic Punch Pass for $30 for 10 punches. The center provides 24/7 access for members and has various programs designed for youth and adults. The facility has maintained a consistent membership base of over 2,200 members and has sustained itself without relying on local tax dollars for support.
