Our Services

Emmerson offers a range of services, including construction management, new construction, and renovation. We specialize in affordable multifamily housing and have extensive experience working with developers to integrate affordable homes into their communities. We also have expertise in constructing infill buildings, which are built on vacant or underutilized property or between existing buildings, assisting cities in redevelopment and beautification.

Additionally, we partner with developers to create housing solutions for underserved populations, such as people with disabilities and those experiencing homelessness. Our projects are designed to exceed Title 24 efficiency standards, and many have been certified LEED Gold or Platinum.

Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that all projects meet the needs of all stakeholders. Charles Schmid, our President, has supervised the construction of more than 6,000 units on the West Coast and has a thorough understanding of the life cycle of apartment development. Rob Campbell, our Director of Construction for the Mid- and High-Rise Division, has over 33 years of experience in high-rise, mid-rise, multi-family residential, hotel, and commercial construction.
