Leadership

Our leadership team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to our mission. Hollis Lloyd, our President, founded HGL Construction in 1994 after serving as Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. With his extensive knowledge of real estate, he saw an opportunity in construction, which led to the creation of HGL Construction. Chris Shawver, our Director of Operations - Arkansas, has been with HGL Construction since 1997 and has advanced through various roles, including Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, and General Superintendent.
