Welcome to my world of energy healing! I'm Janice Pappas, a certified Reiki Energy Healer based in San Diego, California. I'm thrilled to share with you my story, which led me to become a Reiki practitioner.

As I look back, I realize that my spiritual journey began at a surprising moment. It wasn't during my stay in the lush jungles of the Big Island of Hawaii, but rather outside an everyday Starbucks on Park Avenue in Manhattan. My story is one of disillusionment with the world, leading me to seek something more. I felt trapped in my corporate job, where stress and materialism reigned. One day, I experienced a terrifying panic attack, and that was my wake-up call.

My journey took me to a beautiful retreat center in Hawaii, where I discovered the world of yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices. It was there that I attended my first yoga class, "Kundalini Yoga, " and experienced an intense expression of life force energy.

Fast forward a few years, I began to feel sensations of tingling and electrical sparks in my hands, arms, and crown of my head. Recognizing these sensations as spiritual in nature, I delved deeper into my research, learning that they were indicative of healing energy seeking expression. As fate would have it, a friend reached out to host a Reiki training at my home, and I knew that was the sign I needed to become a Reiki Energy Healer.

Today, I'm passionate about sharing the power of Reiki with others. I believe that quality is more valuable than quantity, and my intention is to maintain the highest vibration in my everyday life, so I can serve as the best possible channel for facilitating deep healing. Through a long-term relationship, I aim to build an authentic connection with you and serve as a powerful healing guide in your life.
