Our journey began with our founder, David Lipkind, who started refurbishing his own properties in Northeast Portland in 1999. With his background in design and construction, David developed a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving. As his work became known throughout the community, friends and neighbors would often ask for his advice and guidance on their own home renovation projects.

Our Story

As demand for his services grew, David partnered with Justin Power, who was also working on remodeling projects in the same area. Sharing a similar aesthetic and work ethic, they joined forces to form Shelbyville Remodeling, LLC. Justin brought with him his own set of skills and expertise, and together they built a thriving business that has become synonymous with quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
