About Us

Jeff Richey, the founder of the agency, was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. He graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in 1989 and attended a couple of junior colleges before attending Louisiana Tech University, where he played on the baseball team. In 1992, he was drafted and played professional baseball for 5 seasons. He then returned to graduate from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and that's when he joined the State Farm family. In 2001, the Jeff Richey Agency opened in New Roads, La., where his team and he offer many products such as Auto Insurance, Fire Insurance, Life Insurance, and Commercial Insurance.

We take pride in being able to help serve the people of New Roads and the surrounding areas such as Ventress, Jarreau, Morganza, Fordoche, Livonia, and the upper Pointe Coupee area. Our agency has a 4.3 out of 5 average rating on Google, with four reviews from our satisfied clients.
