Our History and Mission

Founded in 2000, Plaza Home Mortgage was born out of a passion for relationship-building and a deep understanding of the needs of the TPO community. Our co-founders, Kevin Parra and James Cutri, set out to create a company that would prioritize exceptional service, personalized attention, and a commitment to excellence. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients, while maintaining our core values of integrity, transparency, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

• National Correspondent Lending: Our National Correspondent sales team offers banks and mortgage banks liquidity and quick execution through a wide variety of programs, with buy-back protection through our exclusive Certified Loan Program.

• Kevin Parra: Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, Kevin has more than 35 years of experience in all facets of mortgage banking and has been instrumental in the growth and success of Plaza Home Mortgage.

• James Cutri: Co-Founder and Vice Chairman, James has been instrumental in expanding Plaza's Wholesale and Correspondent channels, establishing a national footprint, and building a team of experienced professionals.

• Michael Fontaine: Co-President and Chief Operating Officer, Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's businesses and oversees Plaza's National Correspondent Division.

• Jeff Leinan: Co-President, Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is responsible for the sales and operations of Plaza's Wholesale Division.
