To ensure a successful and comfortable experience, we recommend the following when preparing for your visit:

1. Wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing.

2. Eat a snack or light meal before your appointment.

3. If possible, bring in a copy of any lab tests and x-rays.

Insurance and Cancellation Policy

While we do not file with insurance companies directly, some of our patients do get reimbursed by their health insurance providers. If you have acupuncture coverage, we will provide you with a Superbill (coded receipt) for reimbursement submission. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, a $30 charge will apply.
