Disclaimer and Quality of Service
The Bay View apartment complex seems to have some serious issues with its management and maintenance. Two out of three reviewers have had poor experiences with the leasing agent, manager, and maintenance staff. There appears to be a lack of knowledge and professionalism, leading to frustration and disappointment for the residents.
Communication Issues
One reviewer, Joselito, mentioned that the leasing agent and manager did not communicate effectively with him, especially when it came to an active military applying for a unit. They did not provide necessary information and did not follow up on his application status. He also mentioned that the manager did not even know where his file was and was unprofessional and disrespectful.
Negligence and Disregard for Safety
Cassandra's experience was much more severe. She and her family had left some of their belongings in the apartment, and upon returning, they found that the apartment was left in a burning hot state, with the oven and heater still on. This caused the death of their fish and turtle and put the entire building at risk. The management did not take this matter seriously, and Cassandra was left feeling frustrated and distressed.
Living Conditions and Maintenance
Gina's review highlights some of the living conditions and maintenance issues in the apartment complex. She mentioned that the walls are thin, making it easy to hear noise from upstairs and outside. She also mentioned that the garbage is often left open, attracting stray cats and raccoons. The windows are also deemed to be poor quality, allowing interior and exterior noise to be audible.
