At SGI Boxing, we are passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through boxing training. With over 10 years of experience in the sport, our coach, Jay, is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise to help you get in shape, lose weight, and feel confident.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services designed to cater to different needs and goals. From introductory classes to customized diet plans, we have programs that can help you achieve your objectives. Our sessions typically last one hour and include a warm-up routine, jump rope basics, and boxing fundamentals. Depending on your progress, you will also learn how to properly footwork while throwing a punch and fundamental boxing defense. We also provide specialized classes such as Boxing Fundamentals, Jump Rope Skills, and Weight Loss Programs.
