Wertzberger Architects, founded in 1991, is a full-service architectural design firm located in Marshalltown, Iowa. Our team of design professionals has a proven history of project success, with a diverse range of experiences in multiple building types. Our Services

We service a multitude of different industries, including but not limited to, hospitality, quick serve restaurants, education, multi-family housing, retail, office, architectural renderings, health care, historic renovations, and food processing plants. Our team is fully integrated and professional, experienced in all areas of design and planning. We provide our clients with a high level of professional service, using Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) technology and BIM Software (Autodesk Revit) to prepare all our documents.

About Our Team

Our team is led by Thomas G. Wertzberger, AIA, who has owned and operated the practice since 1991. Tom brings a diversified background of experience in architectural design and project management. He is a licensed Architect in several states, including Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Heidi Hogan, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, also plays a key role in the firm, bringing her traditional architecture background and varied experience. She is a licensed Architect in Iowa, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
