Prestige Fitness Club

Prestige Fitness Club is a full-service health club located just outside of Diamondhead, and within walking distance from shopping and restaurants. We are proud to be a members-only "Health Club" that serves the communities on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Our mission is to help each and every one of our members to dream big and achieve their fitness goals.

Our Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility spans over 15,000 square feet and is equipped with everything you need for a complete workout. Our relaxation area includes steam rooms, showers, and a lounging area, so you can unwind after your workout. We are a 24-hour facility, so no matter what time of day, you can exercise on your schedule. Our full-service facility offers a one-stop-shop experience, with on-site nutritional products and apparel, physical therapy, staffed child care, a saltwater pool, and a Performance training center. We have been in business for over 20 years and have over 200 workout machines and 20+ fitness classes.

Our Services

At Prestige Fitness Club, we offer a wide range of fitness equipment, programs, and services to help meet your fitness needs. Our Personal Training program teaches you the proper techniques to use cardio and weight equipment with one of our certified personal trainers. We offer a Free Fitness Assessment with a Certified Personal Trainer when signing up for a Membership. Our Back and Neck Center program utilizes MedX Spinal Fitness System equipment to help strengthen the lower back muscles. Our Aqua Elite program provides low-impact, pain-free water aerobics, allowing you to lose weight and build muscle with resistance training. Our Spin Classes provide a cardiovascular workout performed on stationary bikes set to music. Our Silver Sneakers program is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and improve activities for daily living.

Our Performance Training Center

Our Prestige Performance Training Center is a 5,000 square ft functional fitness warehouse located directly behind Prestige Fitness Club. Here, you can enjoy cross-training style fitness classes with our certified personal trainers and benefit from a team atmosphere to help keep you encouraged and motivated to exceed your health & fitness goals! Morning, evening, and weekend class times are available, and affordable packages are available. Your first three classes are free!

Child Care

At Prestige Fitness Club, we understand that finding time to exercise can be challenging, especially if you have young children. That's why we offer staffed child care to allow you to enjoy your workout while our team keeps your kids entertained with arts and crafts, games, movies, and more! Our staff is carefully interviewed and hired, so you can rest assured that your kids are supervised by a loving, attentive, and responsible person at all times.
