Our Team

We're a team of art lovers, passionate printers, and community champions who believe in the power of expression through apparel.

At the helm is Nic Herrera, a visionary owner who has nurtured Motherlode since July 2021. With a self-taught expertise in design and screen printing, Nic's driven by the satisfaction of creating eye-catching, quirky, and humorous shirts that resonate with the local scene. When not bringing designs to life, Nic enjoys shredding the slopes, cruising the skateparks, and cherishing moments with his girlfriend, family, friends, and his beloved feline companions.

Joining the team in 2021 is Matt Talbert, a skilled designer and screen-printing maestro. Matt's keen eye for detail and artistic flair ensures our designs are translated with precision and visual impact. When not perfecting print techniques, Matt escapes into the natural beauty of Utah, goes on snowboarding adventures, and spends quality time with his partner, Amber, and his canine sidekick, Snoop.
