Our Services

Proctor Architects offers a wide range of architectural services, from initial design to construction. Our design process is centered around the relationship between the owner, architect, and builder. We believe in a collaborative approach, where we listen to our client's needs, desires, and concerns to develop a design solution that is tailored to their specific requirements.

In addition to our architectural services, we also offer 3D renderings to help our clients better visualize their new space. From simple hand sketches to 3D VR animations, we utilize the latest tools and techniques to bring your vision to life.

While our primary focus is on coastal residential architecture, we also take on select commercial design projects. Whether it's a residential home, a commercial building, or a community project, we approach each project with the same level of dedication and commitment to quality design.

Our Team

Our team is led by Hope Proctor, LEED AP BD+C, who has over 20 years of experience in architecture. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked for several award-winning firms and was instrumental in the design and construction of many high-end residential projects throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Hope is also committed to community outreach. She has previously served on the Essex Zoning Board and Essex Planning Commission and is currently a board member for the non-profit organization Sister Cities Essex Haiti, where she has designed several projects.
